Britain’s leading IT outsourcing and provider of UK government services company engaged SR-STAR business services to provide an architecture framework, governance methodology to support a large finance transformation programme. Our consultant led the solution architecture work for S/4 HANA Finance and developed an EA model using iServer capturing finance process (e.g., Plan to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Invest to Divest etc), application components, upstream / downstream interfaces and finance data migration.
The model also captured physical deployment of S/4 HANA modules in Microsoft Azure. The model was used to analyse dependency across multiple programmes like finance transformation, HR transformation, IT transformation and CRM transformation.

Another example was for a FTSE 100 organisation, our consultant led the HCM transformation programme, implementing SAP HR consolidation, migrating employee data and related systems (i.e. Identity management, Payroll, Benefits, learning management, Performance management etc) globally (including APAC, EMEA and Americas). Developed a strong architecture framework based on an outcome-based delivery methodology, design solution components, HR data model and interfaces consolidating all downstream, upstream systems and HR business process.
