In this engagement we developed an API first strategy complementing existing investments in the ERP platforms, PaaS platforms and developed an approach to consolidate the CRM estate allowing to consolidate lead management, CPQ, billing, marketing, customer 360 and provide visibility across the sales pipeline. We recommended an event based integration into corporate systems like CRM, marketing, finance, HR, Identity management, workspace management delivering a flexible architecture to support transformation across different business lines.
