A leading market disruptor based in the silicon value engaged SR-STAR consulting services to provide architecture vision, though leadership to their customer success function. Working with the client’s strategic accounts in Financial Services sector our consultant engaged with customer senior executives, chief architects, VP product engineering and programme teams to understand customer’s business challenges and develop a strategy using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform in the cloud (GCP, Azure and AWS), MuleSoft CloudHub, hybrid deployments as well as On Premise. Leading the solution architecture, technical project assurance, implementing the roadmap thereby helping business to be more agile, flexible, and projects to deliver successfully. In this engagement our consultant worked with engineering teams to help prioritise and influence product releases to address customer problems. Helped the customer adopt MuleSoft technology and other related cloud capabilities (i.e., storage, compute, security and/or gateways) in a complimentary way allowing the customer to exploit their incumbent cloud investments. Adopted suitable containerisation technology (i.e., customer specific Docker / Kubernetes implementation or Runtime Fabric deployment within customer-managed infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP) or alternatively developing network bridge solutions across cloud platforms.
